Title of the article | Non-roll roofing made of self-consolidating concrete |
Abstract. | Using of non-roll roofing made of self-consolidating concrete is a promising direction, which may find widespread use in modern construction, since it has significant advantage over built-up roofing. Labor required for erection of non-roll monolithic roofing is 23 % lower, compared with roofing made of roll materials. Self-consolidating concrete with ultrahigh properties can be used as water-proof carry layer. Layer made of rubber spline acts like compensator of shrinkage and temperature deformation. High waterproofing and freezing resistance is achieved by choosing of optimal granulometric composition. High fire resistance of proposed non-roll roofing is explained with absence of higher waterproofing layer, which is usually made of flammable materials. The cost of non-roll roofing made of self-consolidating concrete with allowance made for operational endurance of materials is 16,8-22,9 ruble/m2, the cost of roll roofing is 89,5-148,7 ruble/m2. Non-roll monolithic roofing has high running abilities with simultaneous decrease of factory labor hours and cost, compared with roll roofing. Proposed roofing can be successfully used both for new buildings construction and for reconstruction of old buildings. |
