Abstract. | Problem statement. In our country, every year the number of cars and trucks that increase the load on the roadway, gradually deteriorating its quality. On the so-called «patching» annually spent a lot of money. The repair requires mobile equipment, including soil and asphalt seals. While this technique is limited in quantity and imperfect. The purpose of the study is to develop a self – moving small-sized effective device for compacting the roadway during repair. Results. As a result of the study, a new small-sized sealing device is proposed, which uses a directed force effect on the compacted soil or asphalt coating, which not only effectively seals, but also provides self-movement of the device without the participation of the operator. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is to create a new small-sized effective device for compacting soil and asphalt used to repair destroyed sections of the road surface. |
