| Title of the article | Long-term investment in the regional market of pension services |
| Abstract. | The methodology of long-term investment of pension assets in investment projects of the regional economy through closed real estate funds will solve the problems of obtaining a stable private pension funds, investment income above the level of inflation and maintain purchasing power of the pension capital of the financial market. In addition to the measures taken by the Federal Social Policy propose to use regional state support of investment projects in the region through the pledge of land in the closed-end mutual funds. Investment of pension assets in the regional projects under the guarantees of the regional (municipal) authorities will solve two urgent problems: the regional authorities will be able to access the long-term domestic pension resources to send them to the spatial development of the region, and investors will be able to ensure the growth of pension assets at the level of inflation in a closed mutual investment fund. Structural policy authorities on the development of the region, implementation of investment projects will improve access to markets and services the public benefit of the population and enterprises in urban and rural settlements, which will contribute to the sustainable economic development of the region. |
