Title of the article | Evaluation of biological stability of construction materials in the biologically-active media |
Abstract. | The biological damage of building materials – one of the most actuality problems of modern construction. The actuality of problem is a reason of its study. Standard methods for assessing the biological stability of construction materials (GOST 9.048-89 and GOST 9.049-91) are studied. Shortcomings of these methods are revealed. These shortcomings severely restrict using these methods. Necessity for alternative methods for assessing the biological stability of construction materials is established. Industrial method is proposed. It includes an exposition of samples tested materials in the structures of biological wastewater treatment. For this purpose the proposed technical solution for equipment placement test samples in the aeration tank, which is a polymer chain with patch pockets. Testing of the device has shown a lack of rigidity. In this regard, a cassette construction (UKT-1) for mounting the sample in the form of units, consisting of rails, which set the frame made of rectangular tube, to accommodate inset frames with rigid polymer networks in them with pockets. The blocks are rigidly fixed to each other overhead plates. This device is perpendicular to the moving stream. Testing UKT-1 showed the possibility of breaking the hydraulic regime of the aeration tank. In this regard, an apparatus, cassette-type UKT-2, is located along the wall of water treatment plants. A device for fixing the samples tested in the aeration tanks at the treatment plants Zelenodolsk. The results showed that the changes in the strength characteristics after exposure to the aeration tank for the various devices are identical. |
