| Title of the article | Interaction of business and state in innovation-investment activity of the companies of the real economy sector |
| Abstract. | The article is devoted to the interaction between government and business in the real economy, which should be carried out through the main activities of the industry - investment and innovation. To address these issues is the focus of the article. State regulation of innovation activities in the country is in the form of innovation policy and legislative framework for its implementation. Innovation policy is an integral part of social –and- economic policy, which includes a set of forms, methods and areas of state control in order to stimulate the production of new products and technologies, expanding markets for local goods and competitiveness. In this article the regulations and laws that increase the efficiency of investment - innovation activities of oil companies, the functions of government in shaping and implementing innovative policy of the real sector of the economy. We consider the feasibility of developing and implementing a program of field trials and development of modern methods of enhanced oil recovery. |
