| Abstract. | The profitableness of building and construction companies is based mainly on the preferences of an investor, who is guided by the general investment attractiveness of a region and by the competitive ability of the company. Cluster approach helps to increase the competitive ability of branches and regions. The effectiveness of clusters is achieved by the synergetic effect, followed by the increase of investments in the innovating development of industry, and by the formation of new companies, strengthening of export potential, increase of employment and quality of production. |
