| Abstract. | Problem statement. The aim of the study is to identify the possibility of construction of multi-storey residential buildings with the use of modern wooden structures as high-tech building materials, taking into account possible introduction of changes in the current legislation Results. The main results of a research consist of modern receptions and methods of multistoried construction houses with use of innovative constructive solutions. It is noted that the houses made of wooden structures have a positive impact on the health of people living in environmentally friendly homes. The reasons for a small percentage of the use of wood in mass construction in the country, which is one of the leaders in forest reserves, are analyzed. The elements of organizational and technological measures in the production of works using wooden structures. Conclusions. The significance of the results for the construction industry is the possibility of implementation in the production and search for the direction of research on the development of domestic technological processes, improvement of the legislative framework, the possibility of financing and implementation of investment construction projects of multi-storey wooden houses. |
