| Title of the article | The analysis of innovative potential of an investment-building complex |
| Abstract. | Relevance of the article is that the increase of innovative potential of the enterprises of investment-building cluster can become one of the basic conditions of formation of its competitive strategic prospect, deduction and expansion of a market niche. The author has analyzed factors influencing innovative potential of the enterprises of an investment-building complex. According to an object in view the author has solved following problems: • theoretical bases of a category «innovative potential» are considered; • the factors influencing innovative potential of an investment-building complex are revealed; • the value of creation of investment-building cluster in economic activities of managing subjects and a way of activization of innovative activity are defined. The author has revealed that working out of the complex approach covering legislative area, macroeconomic regulation, institutional development, standartization processes is necessary for increase the innovative potential in the Republic of Tatarstan. Such approach will promote development of innovative activity and competitiveness in an investment-building complex. Moreover, active development of these processes as in the country, and internationally will serve achievement of the major state purposes: to improvement of innovative sphere and its conformity to world level, strengthening of competitiveness of the Russian economy by an exit on the world high technology markets. |
