Title of the article | Modeling of hydrodynamics of streams in hydrocyclonic installations |
Abstract. | Installations are developed for clearing of petrocontaining sewage (PCS) the block a hydrocyclone-sediment bowl and a hydrocyclone - cylindrical chambers bottom and top drain branch pipe a hydrocyclone – a sediment bowl. In the given installations all stages of process of destruction of oil emulsions are realized: destruction of "reserving" covers round oil drops, collision and merge of particles of a disperse phase, stratification of emulsions, increase in monodispersion of an internal phase of emulsions. Processing of emulsions in the field of centrifugal forces of pressure head hydrocyclones intensifies process of the subsequent upholding and raises overall performance of the sediment bowls which are a part of block hydrocyclonic installations. For perfection of block hydrocyclonic installations research of hydrodynamics of the given devices is necessary. Mathematical models of coalescence process particles of a disperse phase (oil) and structure of streams in a turbulent stream in a pressure head hydrocyclone and block hydrocyclonic installations are developed. For check of adequacy of the received expressions experimental researches on research of structure of streams and change of dispersion of particles of oil at processing in a pressure head hydrocyclone and installations the block a hydrocyclone-sediment bowl and a hydrocyclone – cylindrical chambers bottom top drain branch pipe a hydrocyclone-sediment bowl are spent. Researches have shown that received theoretical expressions adequately describe time distribution liquids for bottom both top drain branch pipe a hydrocyclone and change of dispersion of particles of oil at processing in a pressure head hydrocyclone and block hydrocyclonic installations can be used at calculation industrial hydrocyclonic installations for clearing of petrocontaining sewage. Theoretical and experimental researches of processes of clearing of petrocontaining sewage allow to develop more effective designs of hydrocyclonic installations for clearing of petrocontaining sewage and methods of their calculations. |
