Abstract. | The high-industrial block plant (device) of BHCS type (the Block of Hydrocyclone – cylindrical Chambers of hydrocyclone lower and upper discharges – a Sedimentation tank) for oil-field sewage (OFS) cleaning aimed repeated recycling of cleared OFS in oil-layers waterflooding systems was developed. Numerical calculations of oil drops distribution in the swirled flows have shown that favorable hydrodynamical mode for oil drops coalescence in the device is forming. This enables the creation of technology and plant, which economically and ecologically reliable and effective for OFS cleaning. |
