| Title of the article | Design fence of deep foundation pit of the residential complex in a congested urban area |
| Abstract. | The paper presents the activities and technical solutions used in the design of the underground part of the residential complex under construction on the Shulgin st. of Kazan, consisting of two 25-storey high-rise buildings with a 3-tiered underground parking, built in the deep foundation pit. A feature of the design is that the complex is being built in close proximity to existing residential development. When designing walling excavation in such conditions, the main task is to solve the problems associated with their sustainability at the time of excavation, as well as working with the supporting structures of the underground part. As part of the detailed design, the authors have solved the following problems: - development of constructive solutions enclosing structure of the pit; - developing measures to ensure the stability of the fence on the development of soil in the trench and the further exploitation; - development of technological sequence fencing and excavation in the pit; - checking the overall sustainability of the soil mass. In order to ensure the safe construction of the underground part of the building was proposed sequence of work. Calculations of fencing structure foundation pit were made for different stages of development of a ground: before installing the struts (by console scheme) and after installation of struts and full excavation. |
