Title of the article | Complex processing of ventilating and technological emissions with chlorine-containing pollutants |
Abstract. | In connection with the beginning of performance of Russia regarding the obligations on Kyoto Protocol it becomes necessity to improve the system of clearing on the substances destroying an ozone cloud, greenhouse gases and which contain the halogens. The danger of them consists both in influence on human organism, and in global influence on a planet climate. The most reliable and universal method of neutralization of chlorine-containing substances in world practice is a method of direct burning. However heat treatment of halogens leads not to destruction of hotbed gases, but to manufacture of more toxic substances. The system of complex neutralization by chlorine removal from emissions up to a flame area is developed and tested. It consists of units’: i) preliminary chemisorptions processing of emissions in a spouted bed, ii) condensation of formed chlorides and iii) burning of not condensed organic connections. The analysis of combustion products allows revealing optimum parameters of processing of the emissions, corresponding level of clearing on chlorine not below 98 percent. |
