Title of the article | To the conceptual models of fracture resistance management of nanomodified structures of conglomerate construction composites |
Abstract. | Analyzes the conceptual model, reflect patterns of relationship between the structure with the mechanics of manifestation of structural properties of composites construction conglomerate. In studies of conditions for increasing the capacity of resistance of the structure destruction levels allocated its nanomodification: of crystal; of crystalline concretion; cementing substance level; macrostructure level composite. Composites fracture resistance, according to the basics of «systemic-structural» effects on the mechanics of manifestation of structural properties, based on three defining position: first position reflects the role and importance of physical and chemical bonds, providing the level of possible resistance to mechanical impact force structure; second position takes into account the conditions of formation of the stress state of the material through the dependence of the measure of homogeneity (heterogeneity) arising in him of the stress field on the homogeneity of composition and structure of the composite; third position takes into account the existing mechanism of failure of the material in direct relationship development of plastic deformation, the formation and propagation of cracks in the material with its composition and structure. Defined approaches to justifying conditions modifying effect in nanostructure formation on the nano- and microlevel in order to control the fracture resistance of composites. |
