| Abstract. | Problem statement. The study is devoted to the analysis of the existing forest park green belt, the identification of weaknesses and the development of project proposals for optimizing the green belt, taking into account modern requirements and the actively changing urban development situation of the city of Tomsk and the closed administrative-territorial entity of Seversk. The relevance of the topic is determined by the rapidly changing urban environment, which, in the context of urbanization and increasing anthropogenic pressure on natural ecosystems, is of particular importance in the issue of preserving and rationally using urban forests. Forest park green belts perform important ecological, recreational, and sanitary-hygienic functions, contributing to improving air quality, reducing noise levels, and creating a comfortable urban environment. The purpose of the study is to form proposals for optimizing the boundaries of the forest park green belt. Tasks: The main tasks are to use analysis tools to identify weaknesses in the formation of landscaping sites within the boundaries of the territory under consideration, and to develop design proposals for their optimization. Results. The paper presents and analyzes the theoretical foundations of the creation, use and optimization of the location of forest park green belts, provides a modern description of the territory where the object of research is located. The existing boundaries of the forest park green belt around the city of Tomsk and the closed administrative-territorial entity of Seversk, problems and limitations are considered. A variant of optimizing the boundaries of the forest park green belt in the Tomsk region is proposed. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the project proposals can be used by local governments when making changes to the General Plan of the relevant territory. |
