Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors that affect the operation of ground heat pumps for long periods of operation. For the efficient operation of a heat pump with a vertical ground heat exchanger, optimum favorable conditions and locations for future wells should be selected during design. Results. The main results of the study are that the annual drop in ground temperature will gradually decrease under conditions of alternating regimes. The process of regeneration makes it possible to compensate for the «missing» values of the heat load. At the same time, the volume of the soil massif, subject to a change in the temperature regime, will expand from year to year. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the construction industry is that the results of the theoretical and experimental studies carried out can serve as the scientific basis for the design and technical and economic evaluation of geothermal TNUs, taking into account long-term forecasts of their operation parameters, and also taking into account the cyclic operation of the TNU. |
