Title of the article | About the time factor, that may influence the process of cleaning oil-field waste water using a swirling flows |
Abstract. | Creation of technology and block installations of purification of oil-field sewage (OFS) for a waterflooding of oil layers is an actual problem. The high and stable effect of cleaning of OFS can be reached by a way of preliminary hydrodynamic processing it in the twirled stream. Researches created installations of cleaning of OFS with use of the twirled streams according to technological schemes: the block a hydrocyclone – a settler (BHS); the block a hydrocyclone – cylindrical chambers on top and bottom hydrocyclone drain – a settler (BCHS). Various schemes «a hydrocyclone – chambers» in effect are formed by hydrodynamic droplet formation (OC). Thus the hydrocyclone serves for preliminary hydrodynamic processing of OFS: destruction of the stabilized particles of the impurity, armouring shells, to a coalescence and reduction of polydispersion of drops of oil. As a part of OC the hydrocyclone is also the device for receiving the twirled stream in chambers. In article results of researches of time of stay in a hydrocyclone, the device OC and are given in the whole BCHS. It is established that emulsion destruction by hydrodynamic processing in a hydrocyclone makes 1-3 s, and in the device OC 30-50 s that promotes increase of effect and stability of cleaning of OC on BHS, BCHS installations. |
