| Title of the article | Structural and technological features of the construction of demountable wedge-type structures |
| Abstract. | Problem statement. Problems with the use of wedge-type rod demountable structures are: 1. A large number of horizontal fasteners to the wall of the main structure, according to the recommendations of the manufacturers, does not vary from the shape of the structure. This fact increases the cost, labor intensity of the construction of the structures themselves, and also complicates the processes of the main work on the scaffolding. 2. The absence of foundations leads to uneven settlement of the structure. Uneven settlement in this case is difficult to predict, so it is necessary to introduce additional fasteners to be on the safe side. It is done according to the requirements of regulatory documents and instructions of manufacturers of elements of these structures. The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of structural and technological features of operation on the strength, rigidity, stability, labor intensity and cost of the structure. The tasks of the study are: to justify the need to take into account the shape of the structure and the uneven settlement of the supports; to ensure significant saving on labor and material costs and reduce the duration of work, while providing reliability, by reducing the number of fasteners. Results. The influence of structural and technological features of wedge-type rod demountable structures on strength, rigidity, stability, labor intensity and cost has been studied. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown. The approach suggests taking into account the shapes of the structure and the unevenness of the settlement of the supports, which contribute to reducing the number of horizontal fasteners and, consequently, of labor and material costs. Conclusions. Taking into account such features as the shape and mechanical properties of the base of the structure can provide significant savings in labor and material costs and reduce the duration of work by decreasing the number of fasteners. It was revealed that the construction of the round-shaped scaffolding on a rigid base considered in this work provides the difference in settlements no more than 4.95 mm. Taking into account structural and technological features, cost savings are achieved by 18.01%, labor costs by 11.41%. |
