| Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to determine the principles of redevelopment of production areas in the coastal zone of the Kuibyshev reservoir within the boundaries of the Kazan agglomeration. The study is relevant for the practice of urban planning for the Republic of Tatarstan, and for the territories of agglomerations of Russia with similar landscape-geographical conditions and the planning structure of the settlements. Results. The main results of the research are to identify the principles of redevelopment of production areas in the coastal zone of the Kuibyshev reservoir within the boundaries of the Kazan agglomeration, to develop an integrated model for the development of these territories. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the modern town-planning industry lies in the fact that, based on the developed principles, a comprehensive model of reorganization of production zones is being formed, which involves the active integration of coastal space into the structure of settlements. On the basis of the principles and the formed complex model, more detailed recommendations are given on the development of production areas in the coastal zone of the Kuibyshev reservoir for individual fragments of settlements within the boundaries of the Kazan agglomeration. |
