Title of the article | The role of deformations in the «life» of concrete |
Abstract. | Relationship of the deformation phenomena which determine development of processes of the concrete structure organization in interior and exterior situations is analyzed. Structural heterogeneities of concrete and concrete itself as objects-systems are in the system of the objects-systems and autopoietic systems are proposed to study. This allows examining the levels of heterogeneity as independent objects of researches to identify their certain structural components and the study of their role in the organization structure, both individual levels and all concrete, included as a subsystem in the structure construction as a system with a specific structural figuration. This is shown that for effective solution of problems of safe building constructions function structures at operation must be considered self-coherence and mutual conditionality own deformations of concrete at various levels of its heterogeneities. This allows setting the directional ways of formation of the network of new structural components in the complex self-organizing open system. Using accepted models of heterogeneities of concrete at various levels of organization of its structure provided possibility of the analysis of development of waves of volume deformations which are initiated in a microstructure, participate in the organization of a macrostructure and manifest at the level of the product. There is change of the form of surfaces of partition and redistribution of deformations at the level of construction. As a result, the returnable deformation wave is generated on levels macro-, micro- and nanostructures that is affects their further organization, causing the manifestation of a new turn of deformations. Mutual initiation of transition of deformation waves from one level to another initiates changing of their limits geometry. Thereby conditions for beginning and development of technological cracks and inner surfaces of partition are created. This is determined heterogeneity of concrete, its properties and conduct under influence of operating factors. |
