| Abstract. | Territory, acquiring borders becomes lot land. But what such the border? A border is a form of display of heterogeneity in the examined object. Concept of border, to the limited nature, limit is fundamental in a theory and practice of town-planning. In a geodesy and cartography distinguish orographic, geometrical and geographical boundaries. The different types of borders are used in town-planning practice. Border of territories, lot lands, sanitary-hygienic areas, town-planning regulations, linear objects, building, visibility, and other. Property borders determine the borders of project decisions. Cases are not uncommon in practice, when the order of forming of border carries conflict character initially. The change of high-quality constituent converts one territory into other. There is distinction of the appointed and just borders in типологии of borders. The change of high-quality descriptions of society causes the change of quantitative parameters of territory inevitably. |
