Title of the article | Regulation of morphology of crystalline hydrates in structure of the plaster matrix ultra- and nanodisperse additives |
Abstract. | The issues of modification of mineral binding based on calcium sulfate by means of nanodispersed additives that stimulate structure forming with new crystalline hydrate formations have not been adequately explored. Also there is no theoretical foundation for changing morphology of gypsum composite material with nanodispersed modifiers being used. The paper considers the possible perspectives of applying multi-walled carbon nanotubes as modifying additives for the production of products based on gypsum-cement – puzzolan binder with microsilica as a puzzolanic additive. Dependence in processes of regulation of morphology of crystalline hydrates in structure of plaster composition is established at joint and separate use of multi-walled carbon nanostructures, cement and microsilica, their influence on physico-mechanical properties of a received material is considered. Data of physics and technology tests showed increase in a gain of durability at compression at 35 %. The obtained data prove prospects of modification gypsum knitting ultra- and nanodisperse additives. |
