Abstract. | Electronic multivariable pressure transmitter, temperature and flow replace three sensors and allows to measure at one point and at the same time and allows to control and participate in the management process. Manufacture of the sensor can reduce costs, reduce its cost of collection and simplify the maintenance of heat generating equipment. The design allows to make change of the sensor without shutting down the process of working through a spring-loaded lid after the device installation into the system. The advantage over the mechanical sensors that the electronic multivariable transmitter has an intelligent digital interface. The accuracy of electronic multiparameter sensor accuracy surpasses by more precise mechanical electronic signal processing. The sensor incorporated features: Built-in self-tests the sensor with the transfer of information about his condition, reconfiguration of range-corrected measurements of nonlinearities. The sensor can operate as a pressure switch. In case of equal values of static and total pressure (which means that the flow has stopped working environment), the signal can come from it to manage and will produce a response action. |
