Abstract. | On the basis of experience, the problems of safety of buildings, structures and their building constructions, weakened in condition of the reconstructions are illuminated А review over and analysis of the practised ways of the reinforcement frame of different buildings from standpoint of their efficiency on condition of the use to remaining toughness are brought. The modern methods of amplifying-restoration measures with the use of new materials and nanotechnology activity at the reconstruction are expounded. |
