Abstract. | Problem statement. One of the objectives of the study is to systematize the design and construction methods of multifunctional residential complexes with regard to objects. It is necessary to revise the aspects of their town planning location and propose a model of adapted housing in the light of its provisions. Results. The concept of multifunctional housing is disclosed and the main criteria of its design are considered taking into account the location in relation to the city. Conclusions. The significance of the obtained results for the architecture consists in classifying the models of adapted housing for the low-mobile groups of the population, taking into account the territorial location, which can form the basis for designing and facilitate the choice of typologies of multifunctional residential complexes. |
