| Abstract. | In the article was presented one of the variants of design of the system of recreation and tourism of district level that in opinion of authors is more expedient in this case. In the process of design, the elements of the examined system were distinguished, namely: recreational consumption, recreational service, recreational production, and also connections are communications. Basic conformities of their development are presented. The fundamental difference of elements of the system of recreation and tourism on the district level from connections of this system is that in principle it is possible to determine the optimum of these elements, that on the essence is permanent. By the fundamental difference of communication processes – connections of system – from its elements, consists in that their quality and quantitative definiteness in the system of recreation and tourism of district level mainly depends on parameters and placing of components of this system. |
