Title of the article | Energy-efficient heat-exchange devices based on heat-exchange elements in the form of a spring-twisted channels |
Abstract. | The article considers the prospect of modernization of the heat-exchange equipment on the basis of heat-exchange elements in the form of a spring-twisted pipes. The surface of such pipes represent channels, executed in the form of a tight spring, the turns of which rigidly fastened together. An overview of the various configurations of the spring-twisted channels, the possibility of their use in the development and design of modern heat-exchange equipment, lists the main advantages of spring-developed channels of different configurations before smooth and profiled pipes. It was noted that the configuration spring-twisted channels can be used in heat exchangers of how gravity, so the rotation of the types. Proposed methods of engineering calculation of separate constructions of heat-exchange elements, including determination of the amount of heat transfer, heat transfer coefficient and the surface area of the heat-exchange apparatus. |
