Title of the article | Prospects for the use of three-beam space-planning structure in the creation of residential mesh buildings |
Abstract. | Problem statement. The study aims at revealing new urban possibilities in applying the three-prong design structure with changes in sanitary rules and norms (SanPiN) in 2017 in the Central and southern zones of insolation Russia. Results. The main results of the study consist in the development of proposals for the Central and southern insolation zones of Russia, allowing to achieve the maximum normative indicators of the density of the territory. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the architecture is that the authors defined the geographical boundaries for the use of residential three-beam space-planning structure in modern conditions of housing, on the basis of the analysis of urban indicators, including in terms of renovation of existing building area, as well as the typology on the basis of the rotation angles of the three sectors in different azimuth directions. |
