| Abstract. | The article discusses the planning and construction of coastal areas of the Kirov and Vakhitov districts of Kazan with the formation of small shipping network. The issues of land and water transport infrastructure, carrying out environmental measures, improvement of embankments. The issues of development of transport infrastructure in coastal areas.
