| Abstract. | Due to complicated engineering and geological conditions when designing of complex high-rise buildings on the Fatikh Amirhan street in Kazan there were difficulties to choose the type of foundations and bases. The ground this complex designed to be located on is characterized by high location of groundwater and the presence of a large layer of weak water-saturated clay and peaty soils. The most optimal solution in these conditions is a variant of plate-pile foundation. Authors investigated the stress-strain state, the bearing capacity and the settlement of plate-pile foundation with and without joint deformation of the system «pile foundation – grillage plate – overground part of the building». At the beginning were found the parameters of pile foundation without deforming the joint system with regular step piles. In the second stage, has been optimized the pile field, taking into account redistribution of efforts between the piles, the stiffness of piles and rigidity of ground basement and their interaction with the static, wind and seismic loading. Optimization of the pile field allowed to reduce the number of piles and grillage plate reinforcement. |
