Abstract. | In Bashkortostan, engineering and construction karstology actively developed by the massive industrial and residential construction in Ufa and other cities at sites predisposed to karst manifestation. Many difficulties arise in the diagnosis of the causes of the anomalous behavior of bases operated buildings and facilities. It is equally easy to implement technical solutions for their stabilization. In this connection it may be of interest the repairable foundations, adapted for survey of the state and strengthen the base of the foundation. Some fragments of discipline of «The karstology of engineering construction», including; a) the mechanism of dissolution of karst; b) antikarstology foundation adapted for restoration of footing and foundation of the existing buildings the foundation slab with technological channels, which allows to eliminate aftereffect of subsidence and sinkhole collapse; d) the coupled multisection piles for strengthening of footing and foundation of the existing buildings are described in the work. The typical modular tape base reinforced during the installation is considered, as a rigid beam-wall. Karst takes the anthropogenic factor, characterized by groundwater and surface manifestations, is a natural dynamic state of the crust and the forecast calls for its further development, if necessary, taking proactive measures to reduce anti karst risk in construction and engineering. |
