| Title of the article | Numerical method of determination of surface shape of soft construction shell |
| Abstract. | The continuous soft shell of the negative Gaussian curve is simulated by discrete system of flexible lines as a net. The differential equations of axes of net lines are written down in final differences. Given a condition of a balance in crossing knots of net lines in two directions the authors propose the system of the linear equations connecting the ordinates of adjacent knots. This system easily can be calculated on PC under known geometry of the surface. The model determines the shape of a shell as a combination of numerical values of ordinates of crossing net knots. |
