| Abstract. | Steady city evolution in increasing anthropogenic influence condition, related to natural complexes (NC) saving and developing and providing facilities for people, envisages landscape-ecological and natural framework forming. In dealing with the current strategic problem the concept of Kazan nature-recreational complex (NRC) forming proposed in current general city plan of 2007 is clearly acquitted. However it requires further correction aimed to NRC to ecology oriented landscape-ecological framework (LEF) conversion. With the purpose of detecting opportunities, saving and developing Kazan NC its analysis and state evaluation was assessed, the schema of functional-planning and landscape-ecological zoning was composed. This allowed us to determine city's composition and structure, its geometry and constituent elements hierarchy. Evaluating of qualitative characteristics of Kazan NC's landscape-planning organization let us detect problems of separate elements of natural- anthropogenic structure and propose measures for their reconstruction for forming city's LEF. As a result of the current work was formalized geometrical model of Kazan city, which clearly introduces features of city's landscape planning structure and NC elements to LEF conversion. The results can be defined more exactly and can be taken into account in the further documents of Kazan municipality territorial planning correction. |
