Abstract. | Energy efficiency of the building is one of the most actual attributes of modern housing construction. Deficiency of world reserves of oil, gas and coal – the basic energy sources for functioning of inhabited sector – poses the problem of creation energy efficient houses. At designing of buildings it is necessary to consider and minimize the possible power losses at object operation that will allow making the most effective and rational design decisions. Tool Graphisoft EcoDesigner integrated into the program of architectural design ArchiCAD, allows making power calculations at an initial stage of work on the project. In article the comparison of results of calculations of power parameters of the apartment house obtained using EcoDesigner and typical calculations is resulted. EcoDesigner is the effective auxiliary settlement tool for the control energy efficiency a projected building. Besides, this settlement complex can be recommended to use in course and degree designing by preparation of students of building specialties. The convenient interface of the application excludes complexities of data input of parameters of object and for its development the average level of preparation of the operator of program ArchiCad is sufficient. EcoDesigner gives possibility to make decision operatively for optimization the power indicators of the building at designing and allows calculating base economic indicators of object operation in the future. |
