| Abstract. | Compared features of architectural and space organization of modern mass housing in Russia and Europe we can make a point that in Russian mass housing as distinct from Europe model isn’t give an eye to quality of inhabitable environment. The aim of the article work was to find out focus of future develop of mass housing architecture and principles of comfortable mass housing environment organization on large cities. It based on research of foreign and native mass housing designing experience. Author had made the evaluation of mass housing characteristic in different aspects: history of mass housing formation, urban planning design features of mass housing development and mass housing architectural and space organization in Russia and Europe. At foundation of evaluation by author there was prepared three principles of mass housing comfort environment’s organization. It should be considering at designing. They are: city density and obturating of neighborhood insiding, turning from high-altitude building to middle-altitude building and control of mass housing comfort plane. The author guesses that following these principles of organization comfort urban environment and using an integrated approach, the Russian city architecture of mass housing will reach the next level of evolution, specifically, the level of high comfort architecture, that corresponds to the requirements of various social classes, is constructed on sustainability and energy efficiency principles. |
