Title of the article | The durability of the panel with an external frame of thin-walled cold-formed sections taking into account creep insulation |
Abstract. | At present, the construction of light buildings, namely the device of walls, used lightweight panel «sandwich» including steel casing and an inner layer of effective insulation (polystyrene, mineral wool, and others.). The disadvantage of these boards is to a large flow rate steel cladding and low compressive strength. The proposed new design of wall panels with an external frame of thin-walled sections can effectively solve this problem. This article explores the durability of a new type of panel in which the skeleton of steel thin-walled C-shaped elements with shelves, immersed in a layer of polystyrene insulation installed with some step from the outside and the inside of the panel to form a single bearing and protecting designs. Such panels are known in our country as a system of «Radoslaw» and used as load-bearing structures of buildings the walls of the lungs. In the laboratory of the department of metal structures and test facilities at KSUAE conducted theoretical and experimental studies, which confirmed the technical and economic feasibility of their application. The technique of calculating the durability of the panels when the compressive load for different values of longevity and dependence on the load panel. |
