| Abstract. | The problem of experimental investigation of soil’s mechanical behaviour in the zones of plastic deformations is examined. A new device for soil and other unsteady materials testing is described; that allows to conducts investigations under the final deformations. The earlier unknown regularity of sand consolidation process is established. |
