Abstract. | Since the beginning of the 1980s, when the environmental movement was born, and the concept of «sustainable development», defined a new vector of the evolution of public opinion and as a consequence of the construction industry. Environmental problems, including resource conservation, humanized architectural space, anthropological impact on nature and other aspects, requires a comprehensive review of the situation and determine trends reorganize existing state architecture. This paper provides a theoretical review concept sustainable development with other point of view and to define a new direction in architecture – mobile eco sustainable architecture. The considered theoretical concepts and author's model «mobile eco-sustainable architecture» show that people's desire to create flexible spaces that change with the times, is the primary human need. Introduction of environmental principles in the concept of «mobile» house based progressive achievements of science and construction equipment holds great promise for use in architecture of science and technology development, generating new ideas, which will allow to open potential possibilities of architecture and best meet the needs of society. |
