Title of the article | Modern design decisions of conditioning system of a multipurpose complex |
Abstract. | One of the perspective segments of the developing Russian market of the real estate is the building of multipurpose complexes (MPC). To maintain the profitable functioning of MPC the presence of maximum developed infrastructure is necessary: trading, office, hotel, entertaining objects etc. Multipurpose zoning demands the decision of difficult engineering problems for maintenance of air-thermal comfort of object premises. The use of modern engineering decisions allows providing high quality of services given by MPC, reliability of operation of object, effective housewife-economic functioning. The introduction of «intellectual» technologies for multifunctional objects’ engineering networks exploitation gives to investors, the operating companies and MPC owners notable advantages. Article contains the description of existing conditioning systems, applied to service public buildings and their comparison is resulted. As an example of optimisation of the design decision of conditioning system in MPC are Mary Axe skyscraper (London, England) and business centre Helsfyr Panorama (Oslo, Norway). At designing MPC it is required to take into consideration the experience of introduction the newest technical workings out in the field of engineering systems of both domestic and foreign experts. Close contact of engineers and architects is necessary to coordinate the general approaches to climatic characteristics of building and to accept effective design decisions at initial, conceptual stage of project development. |
