Abstract. | In the modern system of healthcare of the Russian Federation specialized agencies that provide assistance after treatment, cancer patients are virtually absent. The article describes the principles and requirements of architectural design of specialized children's clinical and rehabilitation centres for children with cancer. System architectural environment of the rehabilitation center is a child with a history of cancer is considered as a process of mutual influence inhabitant of this environment on architectural space. A study of the anthropometry of the child with cancer in the research were identified change motion parameters such child, than healthy. Flat and three-dimensional models of the child and their carer in static and dynamic position were built. Designed by the architectural-spatial model that takes into account the factors and reflecting the principles of the formation of the RRC for children, together with the algorithm of modeling to develop a methodology and design guidelines of the departments of medico-social, psycho-emotional and socio-pedagogical rehabilitation of children with cancer. |
