| Abstract. | The article summarizes the archival and in situ research of timber multifamily housing of Kazan. The space-and-planning modes and specific features of multifamily houses are revealed; location on the building site, constructive solutions, location of entrances, terraces, balconies, galleries were studied. Interior fretwork decoration methods of houses were showed. |
