| Аннотация. | В вопросе формирования новых жилых образований участники строительства неизбежно сталкиваются с рядом проблем, которые препятствуют планируемому росту и развитию возводимых поселений. Изучение современных возможностей решения возникающих проблем и правильно скоординированные действия проектировщиков, собственников и муниципальных властей, есть предполагаемый путь к усовершенствованию процесса строительства новых жилых образований. Сейчас возведение новых поселений зачастую спонтанно, поэтому необходимо уделить особое внимание начальному этапу строительства. |

| Title of the article | Features of the starting stage of the formation of new residential structures in large urban areas |
| Abstract. | and the suburbs in our country is very active. Since the results of many newly formed and already put into operation settlements are extremely grim, there is an urgent need to review the planning of algorithms. Each participant of construction, whether it's planner, owner of the land, the responsible representative of municipal government, is faced with several problems that ultimately hinder the planned growth and development of constructed settlements. The way to improve and simplify the process of formation of new residential structures is firstly – the identification and structuring of potential problems, and secondly – search and analyzing the existing methods of solving them, and thirdly – to create a model of the algorithm actions of the participants of construction. It is no accident special attention in this matter is given directly to the initial phase of construction. Creating a model of the algorithm planner’s actions is intended to simplify and improve the imperfect, outlived methodology of design and construction. Subsequently the final result will be depended on the initially chosen development strategy. Thus, it is possible to solve more effectively the questions of profitability for private customers and at the same time the questions of accessibility and comfort for potential residents. |
