| Аннотация. | Целью работы являлось исследование функционально-планировочной системы зданий учреждений для социальной реабилитации детей. В работе поднимаются актуальные вопросы формирования архитектурной среды центров для беспризорных и безнадзорных детей и подростков – нового типа учебно-воспитательного учреждения в России и странах СНГ. Автором рассматриваются проблемы реконструкции зданий типовых дошкольных учреждений, приспособленных под социально-реабилитационные учреждения. Перечисляются достоинства и недостатки этих зданий. |

| Title of the article | The problem of building reconstruction, adapted for the social-rehabilitation institutions for children |
| Abstract. | In the modern world one of the pressing issues of social protection is the prevention of family problems and as a consequence, child abandonment. In the 90’s of the 20th century in our country the first institutions for keeping children safe and providing services for social rehabilitation for children who have found themselves in a difficult situation began to appear. The main tasks of the social rehabilitation centers were emergency social assistance, harmonization of relations between parents and their children and getting a child back into his family. Today the majority of such institutions are situated in special buildings of the typical kindergartens. Building fund reconstruction is explained by the economic efficiency but at the same time a number of problems in the sphere of functioning of the institution appear. Each social rehabilitation center should include a developed block of rooms for social rehabilitation. Among them: rooms for individual and group work with a psychologist, rooms for psychological relief for children, creative and professional workrooms, gyms, swimming pool and etc. These buildings do not allow to place all the necessary rooms on their area in full. Having a number of advantages, a planning system of the typical pre-school institution cannot meet the requirements of a planning system of the social rehabilitation center enough. This problem prevents full-scale rehabilitation process. |
