| Название статьи. | Особенности архитектурно-стилистического оформления зданий городских купеческих усадеб конца ХVIII – начала ХХ вв. Старо-Татарской слободы |
| Аннотация. | Актуальность исследования обусловлена утратой и видоизменением с течением времени и в силу разных причин архитектурно-декоративного оформления исторической жилой застройки. Отсутствие специального исследования по заявленной теме приводит к необоснованным реконструкциям объектов культурного наследия слободы и способствует потере историко-архитектурной идентичности Старо-Татарской слободы в будущем. Объектом исследования служат здания татарских купеческих усадеб конца ХVIII - начала ХХ веков Старо-Татарской слободы. Предметом исследования являются особенности архитектурно-стилистического оформления фасадов городских купеческих усадеб и домов. Цель исследования: выявить особенности архитектурной стилистики татарских городских усадеб слободы. Задачи: - установить периодизацию развития архитектурно-стилистического оформления жилой застройки слободы с конца ХVIII до начала ХХ века; - выявить морфологию архитектурных элементов и декора; - выявить особенности в архитектурно-стилистическом оформлении усадеб и жилых домов слободы, как проявления идентичности архитектуры Старо-Татарской слободы Казани. Для исследования архитектурно-стилистического оформления купеческих усадеб слободы применена комплексная методика. В процессе натурного обследования застройки слободы помимо традиционных методов был применен метод 3D-сканирования для обмеров сложных объектов культурного наследия и создания чертежей их фасадов и элементов. Результатом исследования являются выявленные особенности архитектурно-стилистического оформления жилых зданий конца ХVIII - начала ХХ вв. Старо-Татарской слободы Казани. Значимость полученных результатов заключается в научно-теоретическом обосновании характерных архитектурных элементов и декора, присущих архитектурно-стилистическому оформлению объектов культурного наследия, отражающему идентичность Старо-Татарской слободы. Установлено, что в архитектурно-стилистическом оформлении зданий Старо-Татарской слободы Казани начала ХХ века преобладало разнообразие морфотипов архитектурных элементов и декора: классицистического, эклектического, эклектического национально-романтического, модернового романтического и др. Это разнообразие сложилось в процессе исторического развития слободы. Особенность архитектурно-стилистического оформления домов слободы состояла в смешении элементов разных морфологических рядов. |

| Title of the article | Features architectural and stylistic design of merchant estates in Kazans Old Tatar Settlement, late 18th – early 20th centuries |
| Abstract. | The relevance of this research is driven by the loss and modification over time and due to various reasons of the architectural and decorative elements of historical residential buildings. The absence of specialized research on the stated topic leads to unjustified reconstructions of cultural heritage sites within the settlement and contributes to the future loss of the historical and architectural identity of the Old Tatar Settlement (Staro-Tatarskaya Sloboda). The object of research comprises the buildings of Tatar merchant estates from the late 18th to the early 20th centuries in the Old Tatar Settlement. The subject of research is the peculiarities of the architectural and stylistic design of the facades of urban merchant estates and houses. The aim of the research is to identify the features of the architectural stylistics of Tatar urban estates in the settlement. The objectives are: 1. To establish the periodization of the development of the architectural and stylistic design of the residential buildings in the settlement from the late 18th to the early 20th centuries; 2. To identify the morphology of architectural elements and decoration; 3. To reveal the peculiarities in the architectural and stylistic design of the estates and residential houses of the settlement as manifestations of the architectural identity of the Old Tatar settlement of Kazan. A comprehensive methodology has been applied to research the architectural and stylistic design of the merchant estates in the settlement. During the on-site survey of the settlements buildings, in addition to traditional methods, the 3D scanning method was employed for measuring complex cultural heritage sites and creating drawings of their facades and elements. The results of the study (conclusions) represent the identified features of the architectural and stylistic design of residential buildings in the Old Tatar settlement of Kazan from the late 18th to the early 20th centuries. The significance of the obtained results lies in the scientific and theoretical substantiation of characteristic architectural elements and decor inherent in the architectural and stylistic design of cultural heritage sites, reflecting the identity of the Old Tatar settlement. It has been established that the architectural and stylistic design of the buildings in the Old Tatar settlement of Kazan in the early 20th century featured a variety of architectural elements and decorations, including classicist, eclectic, national-romantic, modernist-romantic, and other styles. This diversity was shaped by the historical development of the settlement. The architectural and stylistic design of the settlements buildings was characterized by a blending of elements from different morphological series. |
