| Аннотация. | Инновационно-ориентированный компетентностный подход в высшем техническом образовании позволяет акцентировать внимание на актуальных личностных качествах студентов. В данной статье представлены текущие результаты и перспективы формирования и развития инновационных компетенций студентов ходе научно-исследовательской работы на кафедре психологии МГСУ. Например, адаптивности, эмоционального интеллекта, гибкости, стратегического мышления. Указаны различные формы научно-исследовательской работы со студентами. |

| Title of the article | Scientific-research work of students in the field of psychology in the technical University |
| Abstract. | Students’ scientific and research work (SSRW) in universities is coordinated and supported by the government with documents mentioned in this article. The effective fulfillment of current relevant for modern construction sphere tasks is provided by the sufficient level of basic (universal) and professional competence development. Competence approach is realized through innovation-oriented SSRW at Psychology department of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE). The arguments explaining modern construction sphere need of construction universities graduates, who are competent in technical, social and psychological spheres, are brought in this article. Social and psychological competences, necessary for a competitive construction university graduate, are formulated through SSRW at Psychology department of MSUCE. These competences are formed end develop by means of students inclusion into different streams of SSRW. The examples of types of SSRW and competences are brought in this article. The current results of SSRW at Psychology department of MSUCE are brought: students’ conferences, articles, the winning exhibits, patents. The aims, the tasks and diagnostic methods with current results of research activity in established conditions are mentioned by the example of emotional competence. SSRW at Psychology department of MSUCE is oriented to the development of the educational system of innovative specialists, scientists and tutors. This is the prior stream. The framework of scientific and research prior work of the department is brought to illustrate future perspective. |
