| Аннотация. | В данной статье рассмотрены основные аспекты определения экономической эффективности строительства (реконструкции, капитального ремонта, ремонта) объектов транспортной инфраструктуры. Экономическое обоснование подразумевает собой обоснование необходимости и социально-экономической целесообразности реализации проекта. В статье определены характерные особенности экономического эффекта, перечень необходимых исходных данных об объекте, показатели, обосновывающие экономическую целесообразность реализации проекта. Приведен перечень возможных источников финансирования. |

| Title of the article | Development of justification economic efficiency of construction transport infrastructure, as important section in project life cycle |
| Abstract. | Today transport infrastructure decide not only the social issues, but also implement priority national projects. The issue of investment in construction (reconstruction) of roads (bridges) is the most important. Ordered the construction of such facilities is the state. The sources of funding are the federal budget and the national budget, the city budget. However it is possible to attract other investors. In both cases, the feasibility study of construction of road facilities plays a key role. Roads (bridges) are the individual case of investment projects, as have a number of characteristic features. The article describes the main aspects of economic efficiency. Economic justification is the need and social and economic expediency of realization of the project. Defined characteristics of economic efficiency, list basic data about object, indicators of economic feasibility project. Provided the list of possible sources of financing. The main performance indicators are: the net present value, payback period, internal rate of return, discount rate and so on. However, the use of traditional methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of the road sector is limited, as the roads are social and strategic importance. The most important social outcomes are: to improve the quality of life, reducing the number of road accidents, improving the environment and so on. Social benefits from investment in the facilities of the road sector, which has monetary value, is one of the manifestations of economic benefit. |
