| Название статьи. | Методы и приёмы предпроектного анализа района реконструкции историко-культурной среды |
| Аннотация. | Постановка задачи. Преобразование городской среды в историческом центре современного крупного города осуществляется с целью актуализации ее количественных и качественных показателей, обусловленных социально-экономическими стратегическими программами территориального планирования, в соответствии с действующей градостроительной регламентацией, в частности по охране объектов историко-культурной среды. На сегодняшний день действующая политика по градостроительной реконструкции современных исторических центров крупных городов привела к формированию типологических проблем функционально-пространственной организации жилой среды. В статье на примере преобразования исторического квартала г. Воронежа, ограниченного улицами Никитинская, 9 Января, Фридриха Энгельса и Куколкина рассматриваются методы и приёмы предпроектных исследований реконструируемого района и специфика трансформации системного подхода в условиях реконструкции архитектурно-планировочной структуры, где ограничивающим фактором формирования и модернизации городской среды является охранная деятельность объектов историко-культурной среды. Целью исследования является определение, обоснование и апробация методов и приёмов системного предпроектного анализа района реконструкции историко-культурной среды современного города на примере реконструкции исторического квартала г. Воронежа. Задачами настоящего исследования являются: определение основных проблем реконструкции исторического городского центра; выявление этапов предпроектного анализа, а также подходов и методов функционально-пространственной организации территории в условиях реконструкции; проведение системного анализа динамики становления форм расселения и факторов, определяющих характер их эволюции ориентированных на определение своеобразного фонда преемственных историко-градостроительных ценностей; разработка методических рекомендаций исследования и проектирования архитектурно-градостроительной среды в условиях реконструкции городского исторического центра. Результаты. В результате определены шесть стадий предпроектного анализа, формирующих направления по реконструкции историко-культурной среды центральных районов современных крупных городов. Выявлен своеобразный фонд преемственных историко-градостроительных ценностей на исследуемой территории. Выводы. Разработанная методика и алгоритмы разработки предпроектного анализа района реконструкции историко-культурной среды могут быть использованы при оценке проектных решений на различных стадиях проектирования. В результате исследований актуализирована и систематизирована информация об архитектурно-планировочной структуре, историко-культурном потенциале застройки и современной функционально-пространственной организации исторического центра г. Воронежа. |

| Abstract. | Problem statement. The transformation of the urban environment in the historical center of a modern large city is carried out in order to update its quantitative and qualitative indicators due to socio-economic strategic territorial planning programs, in accordance with the current urban planning regulations, in particular for the protection of objects of the historical and cultural environment. To date, the current policy on urban reconstruction of modern historical centers of large cities has led to the formation of typological problems of the functional and spatial organization of the residential environment. In the article on the example of the transformation of the historical quarter of Voronezh, bounded by Nikitinskaya, January 9, Friedrich Engels and Kukolkin streets, the methods and techniques of pre-project studies of the reconstructed area and the specifics of the transformation of a systematic approach in the conditions of reconstruction of the architectural and planning structure, where the limiting factor in the formation and modernization of the urban environment is the security activities of objects of the historical and cultural environment. The purpose of the study is to determine, substantiate and test methods and techniques of a systematic pre-project analysis of the reconstruction area of the historical and cultural environment of a modern city on the example of the reconstruction of the historical quarter of Voronezh. The objectives of this study are to identify the main problems of reconstruction of the historical city center; to identify the stages of pre-project analysis, as well as approaches and methods of functional and spatial organization of the territory in the conditions of reconstruction; carrying out a systematic analysis of the dynamics of the formation of settlement forms and factors determining the nature of their evolution focused on determining a kind of fund of successive historical and urban values; developing methodological recommendations for the study and design of the architectural and urban environment in the conditions of reconstruction of the urban historical center. Results. As a result, six stages of pre-project analysis have been identified, forming directions for the reconstruction of the historical and cultural environment of the central districts of modern large cities. A peculiar fund of successive historical and town-planning values in the studied territory has been identified. Conclusions. The developed methodology and algorithms for the development of a pre-project analysis of the area of reconstruction of the historical and cultural environment can be used to evaluate design solutions at various stages of design. As a result of the research, information about the architectural and planning structure, historical and cultural potential of the development and the modern functional and spatial organization of the historical center of Voronezh has been updated and systematized. |
