| Аннотация. | В статье приводятся новейшие достижения мировой практики в области автоматизации архитектурно-строительного проектирования. Анализируются основные этапы развития, положения и понятия современных информационных подходов к проектированию. Даются краткие характеристики наиболее известных программных разработок и продуктов фирм с мировым именем, реализующих современные методологии автоматизированного проектирования (САПР) и информационного моделирования зданий (BIM). Рассматриваются проблемы выбора программных продуктов для обучения студентов. |

| Abstract. | The article analyzes the world of information technology in the architectural and structural design.
