| Аннотация. | В статье обсуждаются различные трактовки понятия «образовательный кластер». Раскрываются структура и содержание модели образовательного кластера, созданного по территориальному признаку из учреждений НПО, СПО, ВПО и предприятий. Раскрыты этапы реализации модели образовательного кластера, основные цели создания кластера, его особенности и возможности. Определены основания для создания строительного образовательного кластера, а также факторы, как поддерживающие, так и сдерживающие его развитие. |

| Title of the article | The integration process of formation and development of the civil engineering educational cluster |
| Abstract. | In the article different interpretations of an «educational cluster» notion are discussed. The structure and content of the educational cluster model created from educational institutions BPE, MPE, HPE and businesses upon territorial basis is reflected. Stages of an implementation of the educational cluster, its features and possibilities are reflected in this article. The bases of the creation of the educational cluster are defined. Also both sustaining and restrictive factors are defined. The formation and development are regarded as integration process. The possibility of higher education under the reduced program graduates of professional colleges. The significance of a creation of educational clusters in substantial changes of approaches to development of flexible curriculum in universities is defined. Are the features of the construction of the educational cluster. The mechanism of the introduction of innovations in the content of education in the «self-regulation». Flexible maintenance training eliminates the cyclical (periodic) review training program documentation and go to the open method of their formation. Shows the benefits of building an educational cluster. |
