| Аннотация. | Новые принципы подготовки специалистов высшего образования на современном уровне социально-экономических условий развития общества требуют от выпускников высшей школы профессиональной компетентности, социальной коммуникативности, наличия организаторских умений и качеств. Одним из популярных видов внеучебной деятельности студентов, получивших широкое распространение в последние годы, в том числе и в КГАСУ, является так называемый Workshop – международный межвузовский проектный семинар для студентов, аспирантов и преподавателей. Рассматривается опыт организации межвузовских международных проектных семинаров 2006-2011 годов, проведенных в Казани, Стокгольме, Стамбуле, Лондоне. |

| Abstract. | There are certain requirements to the professional qualities of a significant person, in particular, require organizational skills and management, because the new system of economic relations has penetrated into all spheres of life and changed them. The success of post-graduate work is not only professional but also social mobility, ability to perform specific professional and social roles, rapid adaptation to both the production and the corporate culture of the organization. The main deficiency of the traditional education system in the initial absence of its objectives to build and develop the skills of collective interaction, the need for which stems from the collective nature of most activities. Extra-curricular activities support a mechanism balancing the education system. It solves several problems, impossible to reach by traditional methods: the skills of collective thinking and action, decision-making skills of adaptation, interaction and communication in changing groups, the ability to plan and organize the execution of the task, raising social qualities and values, including responsibility, integrity and decency. Increasing the motivation, skills and reflective components of the activity of the educational process, extracurricular activities improves the quality of training in general. In this way, we can speak about Workshop, which is really one of the perspective forms of extra-curricular activity of the higher school architectural and engineer specialist preparation. The successful six-year experience of Workshop organizing work in KSUAE shows the opportunities of this type of educational process. |
