| Аннотация. | В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты инвестиционной привлекательности и инновационной деятельности регионов. Выявлены положительные и отрицательные стороны основных групп инвесторов при финансировании инновационной деятельности субъекта РФ, а также приведены методы привлечения инвестиций в инновационные проекты. Проанализированы возможные пути улучшения привлекательности инновационной системы Республики Татарстан. |

| Title of the article | The development of a regional investment and innovation activity (on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan) |
| Abstract. | Divided conditionally potential investors into three groups – the state (Russia), foreign and Russian investors can make a conclusion that is preferable to focus on the domestic investors, the main proof of this is the coincidence of their interests with the interests of the company. As a result of the analysis of the factors contributing to the improvement of the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of innovations, it turned out that in the Republic pays great attention to the development of strategies of innovative development. Analyzing the innovation potential of the region, it is necessary to note, that the Republic of Tatarstan is a leader by the number of elements of infrastructure among the regions of the Volga Federal district (40 items), this, of course, a positive moment for a given subject. Priority directions of innovation policy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the newest information technologies and systems (development of microelectronics), energy-saving technologies, innovative means of communication and transport, and others. The Republic of Tatarstan, of course, doesn’t need to spend huge efforts and means to improve the investment image due to the fact that the region is already visible on the background of other regions of Russia and in many spheres of economic life takes the leading positions. Nevertheless, in the Republic is conducted extensive work on the dissemination of information about the investment attractiveness of the region, its innovation potential. And finally, when considering such direction, as the systematic study and the implementation of the best international and inter-regional experience – it can be noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is actively working in this direction. |
